Currently I am looking into options of places to teach classes in food preservation. If you would like to host a class please let me know.

Example subjects:
Jam, Jelly, & other preserves.
Pickles (Sweet, sour, and inbetween)
Preserving vegetables, beans, & meat.
Tomatoes, Sauces, & Salsas.
Fermented beverages (beer/kombucha/more)
